This fabulous end terrace property sleeps 12 guests and is fully equipped for your self catering stay. Everything you need is on your doorstep. The beach, restaurants, park and pubs are a short walk away. We have 6 spacious rooms. 2 super king or twin rooms (please specify), 1 king, 2 doubles and 1 twin beds. We have a small garden with BBQ area with decking and garden dining furniture. We do not have parking. Parking is 5 minute walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for large families. All the bedrooms are upstairs. We provide linen, bath towels and beach towels. Our bedding is anti allergy. The twin room has a smart TV. Free wi fi is available. We have a high chair and travel cot for infants. We offer a mid week cleaning service at an additional cost. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It accommodated our big group amazingly and the house guide manual was informative. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs. Parking was easy in the station car park and not too expensive. There were lots of shops, cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. We enjoyed a stroll on the beach and a very easy train ride to explore Dawlish. The staircase is quite steep and having bedrooms and bathrooms on different levels could be an issue for some. Also having only one overhead shower and baths rather than a shower cubicle may not suit everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
