"The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. "

"The Thornhill is excellent as are Sandy and her husband, waitress. Breakfast is really good great produce. Could not ask for a better stay. Our room was very clean and so spacious. "Our 3rd visit to Oyster Cottage, this time for a full week. As before, excellent location and all that we would want for a stay. We particularly like the layout of the cottage with the living area being on the 1st floor with views over the green and out across to Teignmouth. "

"Fantastic traditional B&B close the centre of Dawlish and a short walk from all transport options.
We booked last minute but the hosts Ian and Nikki were pleased to accommodate us and provided comfortable clean rooms and a delicious award winning breakfast. Only caveat is the car park is relatively tight and might present a problem for drivers of larger SUVs but Ian was on hand upon arrival to greet arriving guests and ensure the parking worked out.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely stop again for a next trip to Dawlish."
