We had a fantastic 3‑night stay at Charles Hope Plymouth. The apartment was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything we needed was provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces — which made our stay effortless and enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, with all the little details covered, so we never felt like anything was missing. It was the perfect base for our trip, combining convenience with comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, contemporary place to stay in Plymouth.

Staff were all really nice, especially Ava our waitress. She went above and beyond. However there were a couple of waiters who did disappoint us. One forgot to put our breakfast order through, although he did apologise to us. The other one just seemed to ignore us and I had to go and ask at reception for a menu. Reception staff were all very friendly and polite. Overall would definitely go back there again

Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was well cooked and reasonable in price. Parking was safe and easy and th egrounds, which lead to a park and the beach are wonderful. Our dog was welcome with us and well looked after in the hotel - much more so than some 'dog friendly' hotels.
