Very friendly staff and very helpful re facilities in Exeter which was very useful given we were from New Zealand
Great service fast and simple check in. Bar food good and stafg friendly
Beautiful and unique hotel. Service excellent - would definitely stay here again
Great value for downtown Exeter. The staff was amazing - very friendly and very helpful. The room was great and we had great wifi. We stayed for 5 nights and would have liked having a small refrigerator, but there is a hotel bar and menu at the hotel, which was very nice.
Amazing stay from start to finish, most friendliest and welcoming staff and made our anniversary so special. There food in there restaurant is the best we have ever had!
Fantastic view out to the river and access to a pub garden alongside. Attic rooms were well laid out and with plenty of head rooms - large fans provided for hot days.
The hotel was very good value for money - nothing flash but had all the basics for travellers on a budget. It was close to everything in town, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and super convenient to the beautiful historical town. Unfortunately the lift was broken the entire time we were ...
Loved the Pool and Garden. Nice decor and good location
