"A bright, spacious and well equipped apartment. Very convenient for the centre of the city, with an easily accessible garage. The company was responsive and efficient. The only minor criticism would be that the bedrooms would benefit from curtains or much thicker blinds, as we were woken up at sunrise ..."

"We only stayed overnight. But the room was clean & tidy with all the necessary facilities. We only saw the receptionist who was very helpful. "Although a little dated in appearance, this Hotel was a lovely place to stay, close to the centre and opposite the Central railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful also. The breakfast's were good value for money and there was so much to choose from. My room was clean, tidy and well decorated. ..."

"The young staff made this hotel trip memorable. Overall friendly and keen to assist but a special mention for Ian and Jo who dealt with a couple of incidences with speed and efficiency and were keen to check that, as older visitors, everything was to our liking. Excellent breakfast choice and service - dinner not so efficient.
Quibbles; Heating system did not allow for bedroom temperature to be set beneath 18'.
Marketing info stand full of odd brochures and not one city map. "

Clean and convenient but only sleeps 2 and there is no parking
"The flat is in an excellent location and is nicely furnished and well equipped. It is advertised as sleeping 4. There is one comfortable double bed in the bedroom, and a tiny and extraordinarily lumpy and uncomfortable single sofa 'bed' in the living area. We ended up buying airbeds after 1 night and gave up on the 'sofabed'.
The property advertises a dedicated parking space, but there isn't one. There is a car park close by which costs £13 per day. We emailed the host about the flat not accommodating 4 people and the lack of parking - we got a reply saying there was a clerical error in the advert but no other response.
Overall we had a good stay but would only go back again with no more than 2 people."

"Beautiful building in a quiet location very close to city centre. Lovely atmosphere. The breakfast in a bag scheme works well. No food available but plenty of places within easy walking distance. I extended my stay by a night rather than book in the next town I was going to - when the hotel gets it right why risk somewhere else?"
