"The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!"

"My husband and I are in the wedding industry, and needed a place to stay after a wedding in Fawnskin (4 hours away from home). Mostly we just need a place to sleep and nothing else. For that purpose, this was a wonderful place to stay! I did notice the walls needed a little TLC and looked more like we booked a small bedroom rather than a "resort" room as the name suggests. We needed to check in late (again, we work in weddings) and because we had no reception in the mountains, we had no way to communicate with the hotel that we were indeed still going to check in. I was so grateful for the gentleman who helped via call and text to get us checked in and into our room. I was however a little confused when the office was closed the next morning (around 10 am). The bed was a little uncomfortable, and we wished for a better night's rest after spending 8+ hours on our feet. Overall, it was a nice place in a nice area and we would definitely consider staying here again - preferably as a casual getaway vs a necessary stay."

"This was our 4th stay here at the Burgundy. My husband and I love this place everytime we stay here. The pool and the tub were remodeled and lookin’ really really nice! The most important thing for us was the EXCELLENT customer service. When we booked the room and checked in, once again our favorite front desk person JORDAN met our needs. He made sure the fireplace was ready to be used and anything that we need he made sure we were happy! We can’t wait to go back the Big Bear again and stay at this hotel! Thank you Jordan for the amazing hospitality!"
