"Weekend break in london to see ELO which was unfortunately cancelled. Didnt stop us having great time and staying at the Montcalm made it worthwhile. From the moment we arrived all the staff were so helpful and friendly. A credit to the hotel. Facilities were fantastic and the spa top notch. Rooftop bar had great views and the breakfast very tasty with plenty of choice. Everything almost perfect. Our only complaint would be the bars closing too early. We arrived at 11pm on a saturday night to find it closed. Its nice to have a relaxing drink in nice surroundings after a hectic day in the city so we feel the hotel is missing a trick here"

"Hotel is in a great location and the facilities are good for the (London) price - the hotel is great although the bedrooms are a bit 'cozy' so only share with someone you love or like!! For the price, very friendly, helpful staff and location I would stay here again, . . . .park at the NCP car park which is a 5 minute walk, it is by far the best price option!! "
