"Booked hotel then quickly noticed I had booked the wrong date by mistake. My innocent error but contacted them to try to change and the blankly refused to change the date. When they eventually agreed to change it they charged me an extra £250 for two night stay meaning that I paid over £600 for 2 nights. A short sighted and money grabbing strategy. I spend tens of thousands on hotels a years - no longer with Ibis / Accor."
