    Secluded and nestled in the woods, this beautiful 4-bedroom / 2 bath multi-level home boasts a spacious layout, a large wrap-around deck, and stunning views of the Necanicum River. Perfect for a larger group, this home is ideal for gathering with friends and family.

    Living Area – Warm and welcoming with plenty of windows, wood-beamed ceilings, a large flatscreen TV, a stone fireplace, and lots of comfortable seating for relaxing.

    Kitchen Area – Preparing meals will be a breeze in the gorgeous, newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter and cupboard space.

    Dine with a view at the large dining room table that looks out on the river. The table is also an ideal spot for playing board games or doing a puzzle when enjoying a quiet night in.

    Bed & Bath – Sleepy after a fun-filled day at the nearby beach, guests will drift off easily in their choice of 4 comfortable bedrooms, all located upstairs.

    This home has an occupancy limit of 10 guests, including adults, children, and infants. This limit cannot be exceeded at any time, even with daytime visitors.

We really enjoyed this house. Great location. Very safe and lots of parking. Would recommend to friends and family.

We stayed 4 nights during August. The house is older, so expect some oddities like creaking and uneven floors, doors that stick, and an odd layout. Pros: Location and size. The house is only a few blocks from the beach and 5 minute drive to downtown Seaside. It's in a quiet neighborhood right on the river. Lots of space for our group of 7. Cons: The pictures make it seem a lot nicer/newer than it is. The floors are super uneven. The place definitely needs some maintenance, as we encountered a broken door, broken railing, and a couple broken appliances. The "fully stocked" kitchen was not what I was expecting - yes the usual plates, cups, silverware, etc, but all the pots and pans were tiny. We ended up going out and buying a frying pan so we could cook more than one or two strips of bacon at a time. The bathrooms are very oddly laid out. In the upstairs bathroom, there are two sinks on different sides of the bathroom with a ton of counter space, but the toilet is crammed into a little alcove with maybe 8 inches between the toilet and the wall it faces. Both bathrooms had the toilets in little nooks smaller than your average bathroom stall. Communication with the property management company was mostly over text; we actually didn't get a response when we texted the support number, but we did get response when we replied to one of the automated texts asking us to rate the cleanliness of the home.

Perfect arrangement and location for our group (4 adults, 5 kids age 7-11), loved the property, views, large dining and living areas. Fantastic location close to the beach and walkable to the promenade/broadway.
