"Service I called before we arrived to find out if we could check in at 2m and I was told that check in time was at 2m, I also asked about parking and was informed the hotel did have parking. When we got there there was no parking and I had a dispute with receptionist about the check in time as she argued it was 3pm. She called someone and eventually allowed us to check in at 2pm. "Gorgeous cool, comfortable hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are very beautiful and the fed so comfy. Only improvement could be that the bar / seating areas got a little cold as there are too many external doors opening constantly. Loved the hotel

"This hotel was in a great location with a car park right next door, everything is in walking distance . The room was clean and had plenty of storage space. The pool was nice but would advise booking before you stay as the only time slot available was 5pm when we got there which wasn’t an ideal time with kids."
