My reservation was not upheld. I was greeted at the gate with the denial of entry because the host was not aware of my reservation. I was then on hold with Vrbo customer service for hours and was promised that Vrbo would find me lodging for the night and a reservation for a new property in the morning. Instead I got a refund and told that Vrbo could not help me. Vrbo abandoned me and my friend in a foreign country with no where to stay. Vrbo has not reached out with any other compensation other than a refund for a property I didn't stay at. I need someone from Vrbo to reach out to me and offer compensation.
