Stayed 11 nights and really enjoyed it. This place is located inside the Playacar gated area. Nothing super special about this place but boy did we feel comfortable and relaxed here. The servers in the restaurant and beach cafe were just awesome. Special shout out to Noe and Samara. These 2 were just a step ahead of the other excellent servers. The cleaning gal for our room couldn’t have been any nicer. The whole staff was always there with smiles to make your stay welcoming. All inclusive was worth it. Breakfast was fresh and good. Dinner changed each night and was very good. Lunch at the beach cafe was just ok. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely check out again if in PDC.

Friendly staff, my king bed room was sufficient. Smelled old, couch had mold. Check in was fine, pool and jacuzzi is not heated. All inclusive saved lots of $, lunch menu really nice dinner not great. Only keg beer. The hotel layout of the pool and beach was nice, mostly timeshare folks older crowd. 10 minutes walk to 5th Ave for shopping and restaurants. Taxi only back to Airport $100! Or ADO bus.

The staff, especially the wait staff in dining room, Julissa, Genaro, Guillermo, Rigoberto, and Noe were professional and very friendly. Great service. Liked food in all inclusive due to quality and menu driven, not buffets(except breakfast, but did have cook to order items as well). Pool loungers were too low to ground, too close together, had to crawl in and out of them. Only had one bar (Pool ) and the liquers and mixers were the worst I have ever had. Only had one beer Dos XX Amber. Not my favorite Mexican beer.

The beach at this hotel was gorgeous. We left a hotel close to Mamitas Beach because of the sargassum and the smell and color. We made our way down to this hotel and it was wonderful. The staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the area was very quiet and cozy. Will definitely be back. We typically stay in the busier area of town, but a taxi ride was 10-15 min away and cost $100-200 pesos.

Cuando llegamos a hacer check in nos comentaron que se les había caído el sistema hace un par de días, nuestra estancia ya estaba pagada de antemano pero ellos decían que querían volver a hacer el cargo de la estancia en la tarjeta de crédito para que ellos estuvieran tranquilos y que después harían la devolución, a lo que me negué rotundamente, se les mostró el cargo que ya se había hecho a la tarjeta de crédito y ya nos dejaron de molestar, pero fue muy desagradable la alegata, y otra cuestión que pedimos vista al mar y nos mencionaron que por haber hecho el pago por medio de Expedia no teníamos derecho a tal beneficio lo cual me pareció muy descortés

great place, perfect beach, honest advertising

Was perfect for us - relatively small resort (only 60 suites), big wide beach, after we god a free upgrade - 1bdrm, 2bath, 2 balconies apartment, we loved it. First place was a standard room and it was really depressing. Staff is amazing, they take a really good care of the place, great Spa, everything is clean and convenient and clean. Internet is everywhere and working well. Very good food, but very limited choice - only one option for each meal. Only 5 types of wine are offered - 3 reds and 2 whites and they are cheap. Minuses: - we had an AI option, so probably they are trying to be frugal, but cocktails are terrible mostly (only 1 bartender makes a decent cocktails) - showers are terrible (we tried 3 of them). But I think it's easy to fix. We will definitely come back

Right on the beach - friendly staff

This is a small hotel - very cozy easy to navigate with a great location right on the beach. very friendly staff - the hotel is not new - but it is very well maintained/operated. Excellent value with pretty good food.

Super beach hotel for beach fans

Nice cozy hotel right on the beach for reasonable price,. Beach is nice and sandy, rooms has national Sharm, food is acceptable. The only reason to reduce rating - poor entertainment program and difficult to find.

Decepcionante la atención gerencial.

La recepción no fue del todo amable. Se nos inundó tres dias la habitación y el hotel ni se inmutó para cambiarla en el momento que comenzó el problema. Una noche me caí por pisar agua a oscuras mientras me dirigía al baño. No prolongamos la estadía por la mala predisposición de la gerencia la cual en ningún momento nos atendió.

About meals there are not many options at lunch or food after 10 pm. Excellent employees. The pool and the beach area very cozy, clean and comfortable. In case of emergency the hotel no have generator for the rooms.

The all inclusive experience is fair to poor. Dinner quality was mediocre at best and the staff was not very accommodating. We met family who stayed in another unit and the dining staff was resistant to moving two tables together, a fairly simple task. One restaurant and one outside grill. Staff kind of rude. Liquor at the bar on display was of a fine quality but liquor provided was in unmarked bottles pulled from under the bar. Maintenance issues from faulty circuits to power problems. Fridgerator took two days to suffiently cool down. Maintainece reported it was too full and needed fewer items in it. Breakfast is fine. Dinners were ok at best. Pasta night was terrible. Beach plagued with green sea grass that needed to be buried by an employee everyday. (Not the resorts fault). But other resorts had a tractor in site an racked their beach. Pull out couch mattress for the 5 guest was 1 inch thick and looked to be about 20 years old. Murphy bed was fine. This place needs a complete overhaul.

This place is NOT a resort. Absolutely horrible

This is not a resort. They staff was not helpful at all. During checkin they took our info and literally didn't give us any info. They have two bars the pool bar closed at 5 everyday therefore you had to go into the lobby to get anything after 5. You can not get a drink after 10:30 including water. The one restaurant has only 3 options everyday. Lunch is the same 6 items every single day. Worst place I have ever had the misfortune of staying. Also hit you with a beach access fee at checkout. Do not stay at this "resort"
