The property was very nice and the staff were very nice as well. I do believe for the amount of guests staying at this resort that there should be more staff in the pool bars, and the staff should be more informative when checking in. The woman that assisted me did not tell me what was included or not included or where anything was at, including my room! She did not instruct me on any activities or where they were located. She simply checked my children & I in and walked away.

Paradise is not always paradise. Terrible drinks! TAKE YOUR OWN YETI CUP!!! U will thank me! Raccoons too domesticated they try to steal your food! One made it into our room in the night and was chomping away leftover food!!!! U need to reserve your dining at restaurants ahead of time otherwise u will be eating the same boring food at the buffets. Pool is like getting in a bowl Of broth, warm water gross - never refreshing water unless u get in the morning. Expect to tip everyone even the raccoons!! Take small dollar bills and some Pesos to tip. The cart they use to transport People takes too long prepare to walk. If u loose/leave something behind consider it a loss u will never get it back they don’t even return your calls or follow their “email protocol” and don’t bother asking for management they r too busy I guess. Terrible Experience for the money spent! Resorts are over rated in my Opinion unless all u want is to eat same Food, drink in reusable plastic cups GROSS - anyways I can go on and on but I think I provided good insight!

Food was not great Service was alright Too many vultures trying to get you to buy something. Had a misunderstanding with the price of spa deal. Ended up paying a lot more than I wanted but the spa was very nice and the massage was amazing. But next time I’ll pay more attention to the price.

Overall the resort was good. There were lots of pools, dining options, the beach was very nice, entire property was quite clean and the rooms were larger. HOWEVER, be cautious of the Holiday Club / Timeshare sales people as well as the Spa. The spa charged us for a premium package that we did not ask for and refused to make it right! Also, the Holiday Club people promised us gifts for listening then didn't follow through. They were very dishonest as well. It was very disappointing as the rest of trip was excellent!
