Staff attentive, happy to help, but left you be to relax and be a guest not a customer which so few hotels now do. Very pleased, will stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. "

"A very last minute booking. Room was comfortable and clean. Only not getting full marks because - the shower wasn’t draining and the water pressure and heat in the bathroom sink was way too high. It splashed everywhere and the water was too hot too quickly. Mentioned to staff on checkout."

"Breakfast buffet was good value for money. Room was clean but incredibly hot with no way of controlling the temperature of the radiator. Comfortable bed and good shower/wc room which appeared to have been recently refurbished. Check in was easy, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bar with reasonably priced drinks."
