"The location is excellent: just one minute from bus 24, which takes you directly to many of London’s main spots, and about a 10-minute walk to Victoria Train Station (with easy access to Gatwick via the Express or other trains) as well as Victoria Coach Station. The hotel is on a quaint, quiet street and felt very safe. There are great options nearby for brunch, lunch, and dinner, clubs within walking distance, and the Hamilton and Wicked shows close by. The room was spotless and very clean, with bathroom fixtures that seemed new, and there was no noise at all during our stay. The staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out wasn’t that everything was perfect, but how the hotel handled the moments when it wasn’t; they openly acknowledged any issues and resolved them quickly and thoughtfully, which made us feel truly well cared for."
