"The hotel was very beautiful, the lounge and cafe at the front are beautiful and the room is very cool. The rain fall shower and laundry machine were very nice and helpful. The staff is very friendly and I love that they held on to our bags after we checked out so we didn’t have to carry them. Only thing was the room was somewhat dirty, the kitchen garbage was full from the previous guests and under the bed was dirty and had things from previous guests"

La relación beneficio costo es 10/10. Yo pasé 6 noches allí con mi esposa y mis 3 hijos, la zona es muy segura y hay habitaciones con vista a Elizabeth Tower, ( Big Ben). El desayuno para adulto incluye uno para niño y de verdad es suficiente y es bueno. Repito muy buena relación beneficio corto. Gracias Novotel Waterloo. Casi todo está a distancia caminando, incluyendo Buckinham palace."

"Hotel is in a very convenient location across the street from the tube allowing us to go around the city with ease. Rooms were clean with updated modern amenities throughout the property. We stayed at another Park Plaza location last year (Riverbank) but prefer this one for future visits. Breakfast is £20 per adult if you pay in advance (or £25 the day of) and kids eat free. Complimentary cold water in the lobby and in the room (3 free bottles) which was nice to not have to hunt down water after a long day out."

"This was an amazing stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks and never was there a point that I thought we weren’t taken care of. It was easy to do the laundry which was very accessible, the staff were quite responsive if we needed anything and it was such an amazing property - both in terms of the location and the stay itself.
