Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. The concierge, bellhops, hospitality desk, room service, and housekeeping was attentive to every details and very helpful in a timely manor. The rooms are small but efficient. Reminded me of a cruise ship stateroom. "
