Located within the Aria Ocean beachfront community in Nuevo Vallarta, this condo places you just steps from the sandy shores of Banderas Bay. Spend your days swimming in the Pacific, walking along the beach, enjoying the resort amenities, or simply relaxing on your private balcony while taking in the peaceful ocean atmosphere. Free street parking is also available nearby if needed.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no.__3__ of tower 3, so guests access it by lift.

Comprising some 305 kilometres of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final metre reading.
