About this property

Harbor Delight on the Bay - All the modern amenities plus a Private Sandy Beach!

  • This modern home has all the amenities needed to give you the comfort you desire in a vacation home. We are Pet Friendly (fees apply) and offer off street parking in our garage (please keep driveway clear as it is shared with a neighbor). This Beach House consists of 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, an attached garage, a back deck with a retractable awning, a large backyard that is perfect for your 4 legged friends, beautiful waterfront views from the west side of the home, and best of all we are right on the water.

    This home does have a large Master Bedroom on the first or bottom floor. In addition it has a ramp on the back deck that can easily allow a wheel chair to access the home and all the downstairs amenities.

    Our private little beach is perfect for swimming and wading.
    For the fishermen, we have caught croaker, spot, blues, strippers and flounder all from the shore of our private beach!
    It's a perfect place to launch canoes and kayaks, and I offer them for a small fee. Please contact me about them.
    We've just installed a large 65" Smart TV on which you can stream your favorite services like Neflix, Hulu, Disney, etc.

    Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.

    This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.

    • There are NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We are in a quiet, tight-knit, residential community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive noise to the Police and to us! Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property.
