At disposal of the guests is the wide garden with its fruit trees. The covered portion of the yard facing the house, can be used for meals prepared in the kitchen or in the wooden oven, or simply with barbecue. Downstairs, in addition to the kitchen is a large dining room with a fireplace. Upstairs are two spacious rooms and one of two bathrooms. Although the house has undergone several renovations, its original appearance has been carefully preserved. From the rooms on the south side of the house you can overlook the garden. The Court is divided into two apartments , both with separate entrance , one is the one in which the owner family lives and he will be on hand for all needs and the other is the one the photographs are referenced ; there won't be other families to share the park and equipment. In the summer months , will provide an inflatable pool ( diameter 450 cm , depth 70 cm ) by reservation and for payment of a small fee ( 5 EUR / hour , 15 € for half a day , € 20 for the whole day for a maximum 4 persons ). 5 bicycles will be available for guests who will easily and quickly reach the most significant areas of the city. ## Property amenities ### Internet - Con giardino bellissimo e perfino l'uso delle biciclette. I proprietari che vivono nella casa accanto sono molto gentili e disponibili e ci è piacuto molto la loro compagnia, il limoncello fatta in casa e la torta del riso. La casa è pulita e ben arredata. Ci sono abbastanza lenzuoli e asciugamani e gli elettrodomestici funzionano bene. Un posto ideale per chi ama stare in un posto tranquillo da dove si può visitare anche le grande città e non troppo lontano dal mare. In bici (o col treno/il pullman/in macchina..) si arriva facilmente fino a Lucca. Noi andiamo sempre in posti diversi, ma raccomandiamo caldamente questo posto ai nostri amici. I proprietari, che vivono nella casa accanto, sono molto gentili e disponibili. Il limoncello fatta in casa era buonissimo e anche la torta del riso. La casa era pulita e c'erano abbastanza lenzuoli/asciugamani. Gli elettrodomestici funzionano bene e ci sono delle biciclette. Questo posto è ideale per chi ama stare in un posto tranquillo, ma anche per chi vuole visitare le città come Lucca e Firenze. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos deux enfants dans ce gite très bien équipé et avec un grand jardin très agréable. Le gite est très propre et bien tenu , Andrea et Valentina ( qui parle bien le français ) sont des hôtes prévenants ( un problème avec le lecteur DVD , Andrea m'en apporte un autre 5 minutes après ! ) et qui donnent de bons conseils. La maison est très bien située pour profiter de Lucca ( 5 minutes en voiture jusqu'à un parking gratuit ) ou de Pise, la mer est à 30 minutes et Florence à 45\. Conseils: si vous désirez visiter cette région, choisissez cette location: la maison est parfaite, les propriétaires aussi, vous serez à quelques km de Lucques. C'est très facile de stationner, Andrea vous indiquera un parking gratuit, ou bien vous pourrez choisir le parking Palatucci, payant , mais pas très cher, de l'autre côté de la ville. Lucques est une ville très agréable, pas envahie par les touristes, qui possède de belles églises. Vous pourrez même faire des photos au musée Guinigi. On peut aller facilement à Pise (parking payant près de la place de Miracoli), et d'autres lieux sont intéressants, comme le musée San Matteo (pas de photos).Bien sûr, Florence, Sienne, Pistoia,Prato sont très accessibles, mais nous les avions déjà visitées.Au nord de Lucques, Pietrasanta est une petite ville charmante et, à 7km de Pise, l'église romane de San Piero a Grado mérite aussi une visite. The roomy apartment is well fitted out and in a beautiful garden close to the walls of historic Lucca. "l''accueil de Valentina et d''Andrea, aisi que des parents de celui-ci (Erina et Carlo), qui demeurent à côté, a été chaleureux et familial.Ils veillent à prendre en charge de suite les petits problèmes comme un parasol hors service. La maison est très agréable et décorée avec goût. Le jardin est encore plus grand et pus joli que sur les photos. Comme il s''agit d''une maison ancienne, avec de grands volumes, les ventilateurs sont suffisants en cas de canicule. Les voitures peuvent être garées sur la propriété; et 4 ou 5 vélos sont gratis à disposition. Lucques est à 15 minutes à Vélo, et à 6 ou 7 minutes en voiture (Carlo nous a indiqué le parking gratuit, proche de l''enceinte de la ville). Un grand supermarché "Carrefour" avec tous les produit italiens, est à 4 minutes de la maison. Bref, une maison que l''on quitte à regret, et où nous reviendrons volontiers. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : la maison est tout près de Lucca et permet de faire plein de visites. Le jardin est magnifique et très calme. Nos enfants (2 et 4 ans) ont passé un très bon moment. La gentillesse et la discrétion de Andrea et Valentina a été très appréciable. Très bonne destination!" La maison est idéale et dépasse même nos attentes. En couple, avec des enfants ou entre amis; la maison est parfaite et il y a de la place pour tout le monde. Le jardin est magnifique et on s''''y sent très bien. Il nous fut difficile de quitter. Nous avons même prolongé notre séjour afin de profiter davantage des lieux. Le centre de Lucca (à l''''intérieur des murs) est très près; 3 kilomètres à peine. Les stationnement est très facile. La maison est stratégiquement bien située et permet l''''accès à plusieurs endroits dont: les Cinque terre, Florence, le Chianti et Viareggio.
