"Awesome apartment in a great Mansion house in a brilliant location in the hills in Tuscany.
Downside was really poor internet which you don't expect in the 21st century.
Pool was a little cold, the indoor pool was closed which we weren't expecting. No air con here so worth noting that.

"In the title it’s listed as a hotel. It’s a room for rent in someone’s home. Not a bed and breakfast. Outside of the property it is filthy. Garbage, yard is not well kept. White plastic stained chairs. The flags that hang outside of the property are ripped and should be replaced. In my country it’s a disgrace to see a flag like that, The unit smells like mould. "What a unique apartment! We loved everything. The host Simone was wonderful. The private garden was a gem. Short drive to Lucca, Pisa. One little thing we have to mention is: drive a small car. The way up to the apartment is very narrow. "

"The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. "
