From first arrival we were treated like family and made to feel like we were at a new home we had yet to discover. Fabio was simply incredible as was the rest of the staff. From making sure we had everything we needed to guiding us through our journey in their magical town. The hotel itself was impeccable and one of the most friendly and professionally run operations I have experienced...and i travel a lot. It was my first trip alone with my Daughter after the passing of my mother and we could not have been more blessed to be welcomed the way we were into this wonderful space. We truly escaped here.
