The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, with easy access to all that Santa Monica has to offer. The owner was super helpful. You will need to access the loft bedroom via a spiral staircase--no problem for us, but don't try to carry heavy luggage up! Would recommend this property heartily! ##### Christopher D. We arrived and it was extremely clean and bright and cheery. Lots of windows and natural light and the location was perfect . There were plenty of fresh towels and a couple of water bottles in the fridge which was thoughtful. Check out was effortless . The property was exactly as listed. It is located in a nice neighbourhood and we walked to Santa Monica pier to enjoy restaurants and sunsets and walked back later in the evenings as well. It was great base to explore the rest of LA. The loft house had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again. ##### ANDREW M. The kitchen was very well equipped. Only one bathroom, but that was not a problem for three or four people. We walked to the beach and restaurants every day.
