It looked exactly like the photos - very clean and well-stocked, along with plenty of charm. The check-in instructions were thorough, and the owner was responsive. The location was also great; we walked to a restaurant and a grocery store during our stay, and it was within easy driving distance of the other sites we wanted to visit.
