Decorated with a Zen sensibility, The Loft House has two bedrooms (one is loft-style), air conditioning, a Jetted bathtub with powerful shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny view deck, a private enclosed parking garage with remote control, fast wireless Internet (500 mbps), smart tvs with premium movie channels (Netflix, HBO Max, YouTube TV) plus many more amenities.

    Located within walking distance to the sandy beaches in the heart of Santa Monica, we are also within 1 mile of world class shopping and the hottest bars & restaurants.

    Private, Enclosed Garage with Remote Control: You will have exclusive use of an enclosed and private two car garage that is opened with a remote control.

    Inside the garage is a stackable, front-loading, brand new Washer & Dryer.

    You will also find two beach bags, beach chairs and beach towels here for your pleasure.

    You can enter the guest house securely from the garage, and your visitors can enter from the sidewalk.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the area felt safe throughout our visit. It’s about a mile from the Santa Monica Pier and the Metro train, and it was very easy to get picked up by Waymo for short rides around the area. We had no issues at all during our 4-day stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Los Angeles area.

It was a great place to relax and explore Santa Monica. Nice and airy, the loft was comfortable and the deck off of it was a nice surprise. Neighborhood is great to walk about, and lose to things.

Our stay at Deborah's place was great! Great location and we walked to shops, restaurants and the beach. Very easy check in and communication with the host. Would recommend staying here!

Beautiful place - very clean and well maintained. The garage space was a big help in not being worried about the hours of street parking.Of note, the 2nd bedroom is upstairs on a spiral staircase, so just needs to be utilized by people with good mobility.

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. 15-20 minute walk to a trader Joe’s and a great kitchen to work in. We loved the location and the separate spaces. Would 100% stay here again

The loft house is beautiful, clean, and in a wonderful and safe location. The kitchen is immaculate. Everything looks exactly like the posted pictures. The upstairs is more spacious than we expected, with a nice deck. Due to the open layout of the house although, it is not completely private. (You can hear between the upstairs and the downstairs.) This isn’t really an issue but may be something to consider. There are nice soaps, shampoos, beach towels and beach accessories provided. The garage is so convenient. The host is very responsive. We definitely recommend this house!

Senior Trip

Great stay!

My family and I stayed for the 4th of July weekend and had a nice time. The drive to Universal was only 30 minutes and the drive to the beach was 10. Nice little kitchen with all the utensils you could need, lots of streaming services on both TVs, clean, cute, and very comfortable.

Beautiful spot

This was the perfect spot for our family of four to stay while visiting the LA area. It looked exactly like the photos - very clean and well-stocked, along with plenty of charm. The check-in instructions were thorough, and the owner was responsive. The location was also great; we walked to a restaurant and a grocery store during our stay, and it was within easy driving distance of the other sites we wanted to visit. I'd definitely stay here again.
