Enjoy the modern open floor plan where the kitchen flows seamlessly into the living/dining room where you can find a cozy setup with a 75-inch Samsung smart TV. The primary bedroom has a an adjustable king-size bed and closet with sliding mirror doors and desk. The secondary bedroom features two twin beds and a trundle bed. It has parking for 3 cars in tandem and a huge backyard. Enter house, driveway and backyard We live 2 blocks away from the unit and avialable to stop by, should there be any need. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, yet close to good restaurants and coffee shop few steps away; There is a beautiful Culver Blvd walking trial few steps away, and only a couple of miles from LAX and the ocean—Marina Del Rey is its closest waterfront neighbor—and next to the low-lying Baldwin Hills., good for morning or evening hike. You can bike to the ocean along the 4.5 miles of Ballona creek or Culver Blvd bike trail This unit offers parking space upto 3 cars Please do not block the driveway for the front unit people. Park the car as much close as to the garage.
