"Kevin was an amazing host! He had awesome communication & made sure we had all our questions answered. The place was wonderful but the only problem we had was parking but he mentions that in the listing. Overall a great place to stay at & great host!"
"Hands down… best spot to stay if you visit Long Beach. Located in the heart of the city, walking distance from everything you may want to do. "Our family enjoyed staying here very much. David was great at making checking in and out simple. It’s awesome to be able to walk downstairs from the house and be right on the beach. The beds are very comfortable and you’ll have everything you need. There’s so much to do around the area. We had dinner ..."

"The service was excellent and flexible. It made our family feel right at home. It was walking distance from enough amenities, allowing us to fully benefit from the small kitchen. The daily breakfasts were always well stocked with a good variety of items. The comfy sitting areas around the pool were ..."
"Good location relative to LAX and car rental place. Convenient parking in the basement for my rental car. Was able to enter and exit the parking facility without difficulty using a single pass. Coffee shop is convenient for quick breakfast. USC main campus not too horrible of a drive. Had a malfunction of room thermostat with IMMEDIATE help provided and room transfer assistance. Kudos to your staff. Would stay again when I return to LA."

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and a pleasure to speak to.
Facilities and amenities were clean. Pool was a good size and towels were always stocked.
Only oddity on the trip was a visit from someone that had access to the room. Despite turning down daily housekeeping there was an incident where a male knocked on the door and scanned to get in. They did not identify themselves after the knock except to say sorry so we were unsure as to who it was.
We observed another female so the same for the units on the other side of the hall but she did mention housekeeping after she had knocked.
We presumed it was someone from housekeeping but kind of odd to check in when they weren’t requested. "
