We live in the main house and there’s a chance you could hear us. But you won’t see us :) No parties or loud music & NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. My very dear friend and I had an incredible weekend staying in this darling apartment. We came into town to see a bucket list show at the Rose Bowl, and this location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to and from the venue saving us hours in traffic. The space is calming, lovely, and had all the things we needed and more. There are steps down and up to access the well furnished, lovingly restored comfortable, and spotless guest house/ apartment. The hosts communicated well (even creating a video of how to get up to the apartment). We met the delightful hosts when they stopped by to drop off a bottle of wine and a few other items and we're happy they did. We are glad we chose this property. ##### Tracie M. My husband and I enjoyed the beauty, quiet, remote feel, and lush greenery of the hillside neighborhood. Especially enjoyed all the fragrant lavender! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions regarding the area. We walked to and from Rose Bowl Stadium. Old Pasedena is just a short 5 minute drive away. Easy drive to The Huntington Botanical Gardens which we highly recommend. ##### Bernadette L. Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2023
