We stayed for a wedding & it was fantastic. Hotel is truelly stunning & cant wait to stay again.

My husband and I stayed overnight and what a pleasant night it was. We were greeted with the friendly lady at the check in desk who arranged a booking in the restrurant, the room was cosy and very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Diddn't use parking or spa but hotel was very convenient for the city centre. Dining room a bit cold. Excellent choice at breakfast and evening meals tasty.

Excellent service and great location

Lovely room and bed very comfortable. I hadn't realised there was a pool so can't comment on that but it looked very clean and quiet. Very close to metro centre so ideal if that's what you are there for. Taxi to Quayside cost around £14 one way

Easy access into city by car or public transport. I have mobility issues and the ground floor room was excellent, the car park was good plenty of spaces also local restaurants gave you choices to go to,overall the staff were excellent hotel was great would definitely go back again abig thank you to everyone who made our stay enjoyable 😉

I have stayed in a number of hotels in Newcastle and this was the best stay. The room was spacious with a well equipped mini kitchen and we had prepared 2 good evening meals there. The bed was so comfortable and the location made the hotel quiet which is a change to the noise and sirens throughout the night in my other stays! The Manager's get-together on the Wednesday and Thursday evening of my stay was unexpected and a lovely touch - free drinks and cheese and nibbles for an hour. The staff...

The lady receptionists was rude when i booked in when my colleagues had already booked in the day before and spoken with Micky to confirm when i arrived to meet with my friends the women said that nothing is had been arranged When we spoke with Micky who was very professional sorted it out Thanks for Micky our stay was wonderful

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay - the full English I felt was a bit small for what I paid but other hot options looked pretty good - would consider that next time and the continental breakfast was good. Staff were lovely.

We had a great welcome after walking all day on the Pennine Way. The room was comfortable, clean and met our every need. The evening meal was delicious and ample. We would definitely recommend High Force Hotel.

Lovely hotel with delicious food and the service from all staff is outstanding they really know how to make you feel welcome.

Brilliant hotel great location with a 15 minute uphill walk into Newcastle. Extremely friendly staff and wonderful views of the city. Short walk to nice bars and restaurants on the quayside with a food and craft market on a Sunday too. Staff could not have been more helpful and will definitely stay there again Highly recommended

Such a great hotel. Safe and child friendly. The staff are always friendly, helpful and ensure the stay is to a high standard.

My only complaint is - I had to pay to park @ the hotel, that’s ridiculous. If you stay the night in the hotel your parking should be included
