"Excellent hotel. Staff very accommodating. Bedrooms beautiful and clean. Bathroom spacious. We had a lakeside room and the view was lovely. Pool and spa area lovely too, with excellent changing rooms. Gardens well kept, with plenty of seats to have an afternoon drink or just an hour relaxing and reading. Cannot recommend enough. Will definately consider on our next trip to the lakes. "

"We recently stayed at the North Lakes Hotel & Spa as a stopover on our journey from Scotland to England, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the family room was perfect for us. The children were thrilled to find named biscuits and their own welcome packs waiting on arrival – such a thoughtful touch! One of my personal highlights was the fresh milk machine just outside our room, which made bedtime bottles for the kids super...

"Low Wood Bay is a lovely hotel with amazing facilities. The room was spot on, restaurants top notch and spa facilities excellent. The only criticism I’d have is that even as a resident you need to pay extra to use the outdoor pool and hot tubs - that was a bit cheeky and also steep at £25 per person. It’s not a cheap hotel anyway, which is fine, and is reflected in the quality but not when you have to pay for extras like that."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay at The Grange. The room was very comfortable and the bed was devine. The bathroom was clean and serviced well. Breakfast was a nice selection of cold and cooked. The staff are amazing and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed in a classic double room with view which was large and comfortable ( apart from pillows). The Bar area is very nice and large serving food and drinks ( not the best menu choices and drinks pricey). Staff were attentive and friendly but it’s not a hotel it’s more of a bar with rooms above with nothing much to do if it’s a cold rainy day.
