"I booked this last minute and so glad I came across it. Booked King but got free upgrade to large King. Everything excellent, very comfortable, quiet, clean, plenty of extras in room including bottled milk in fridge, two bottles water, cotton wool and buds as well as the usual shower gel, shampoo, conditior soap, and an extra nice touch wine glasses in room. Host very friendly and informative, folder provided with lots of information on local area. Mini bar with honesty box available in lounge....

"Check in was very smooth and friendly. Room was spacious with lovely views from the balcony. Spa/gym facilities were amazing and made the stay that little more enjoyable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Great location in the center with everything in walking distance. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. "

Good range of breakfast options (the pancakes from the kitchen order options were fab). Good quality food for evening meal in the dining room. The location speaks for itself - fantastic. "

"It is a beautiful hotel and all the staff was fantastic!! The room was amazing! Fiona at the front desk went out of her way to welcome us. A perfect person to start our hotel stay. Very informative and welcoming! Our dinner and breakfast host Manjo (I probably have spelled his name wrong) was GREAT! My wife has a dairy intolerance and he made sure at night everything was dairy free and he remembered the next morning. All the staff who waited on us we very pleasant, smiling and friendly. You...

"Some reception staff good. Breakfast staff poor. Very limited breakfast, other options not offered eg fried eggs etc. scrambled eggs very runny. Some Buffet food cold. Swimming pool was excellent. Room clean and tidy. Classic room overlooked car park, which at times was noisy. "

"The hotel is charming. It’s not the most luxurious affair but everting is above average. Room comfortable and clean. Deluxe family has patio door with direct access to the garden is a plus. Their leisure facility is a bit tired and can be improved. Breakfast has enough variety. Staff friendly. Pleasant stay overall. Would recommend. "
