Tranquil Kenai Block Home.
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. In this Private high-end home in Kenai just 10 minutes to anything! Fishing, beaches, shopping, nightlife, sports complex, schools, and more are all within just a few minutes’ drive. This home 2200' sits on 1.3 acres just outside city limits in one of Kenai's premier neighborhoods. A large circular driveway boats room for Boat/RV parking or plenty of vehicles to accommodate larger families or groups. Home has 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Open floor plan, large fully stocked kitchen, family/formal space, large deck, and freezer for processed fish storage.
The Space you get. The smoke free house lays out with a huge kitchen/dining/living/full bath open floor plan upstairs. Also, upstairs is a 4th private bedroom (Queen bed and desk) The master bed & bath (king bed) along with bedroom 2 (queen bed) and bedroom 3 (2 twin beds) plus full bath just down the hall is also downstairs. Upstairs you'll find a large smart TV with toys for young children. Wi-Fi available. Since the house is lived in by the owner’s part time you'll find the kitchen area stocked with any and every gadget, pot/pan, appliance you could possibly need to make your stay as easy and wonderful as possible. The dining room seats 5 plus the kitchen counter seats another 4 and the kitchen is stocked with service for 9. (Extra Seating can be arranged).
The yard has plenty of room for entertaining on the large wrap around deck and there is a propane griddle. Weber Charcoal grill. Firepit with wood available. The house itself is entirely smoke free (tobacco, cannabis and vaping) and fees apply to guests breaking this rule, although proper ash trays have been provided outside. A small freezer is onsite for processed fish storage, fish processing onsite is STRICTLY prohibited and a fee will be accessed against the guests who do so or who make a mess in the onsite freezer. We also accept no liability from freezer failures or power outages, freezer is strictly provided for your convenience, and you use it at your own risk. We strive to handle all requests from guests so if you would like the fridge stocked, recommendations on guide services or even catering we can either provide these services or arrange them for you just ask! Guest access Guests will have full access to 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen, 2 twins) 3 baths including the master.
Other things to note. House sleeps a total of 10 guests. 8 of which would be in traditional beds, and the remaining 2 can utilize a queen-sized futon upstairs in the living room. Linens available upon request.
NOTE: Service people such as landscaping, snowplowing, laundry service, housecleaners etc. will have to, from time to time, access the outside and private areas of the house.
Also please not this is multi story home. Stairs are required to access the home and 3 of the bedrooms and the laundry room are on the bottom floor which requires stair access.
Doggie guests should be pre approved. There is an additional pet fee of $100 per pet per stay.

This house worked great for three retired couples for salmon fishing, exploring, games and lots of good meals. Owners were very helpful and house is close to both Kenai and Solodotna but far enough out to be private. We’d be happy to stay there again when in the area.
The home was laid out great for our large group. All bedrooms except one below so people who were night owls could still play cards etc. Wild life just moved through yard. And host was very nice. If we plan again we will be back. Ideal for 8 people we had nine so we put that night owl on futon. Thanks Vaitoa.
