Very nice place! It was everything we were looking for and more! My kids absolutely loved the back yard! There was plenty of room for all of us! We had an amazing time! Very conveniently located close to anything you could want to do there also. Thanks again. Will definitely book if I’m back in the area. The host was very timely in their responses and helpful with lots of great tips!

Family & Environmentally Friendly Home

This home was well-equipped and thought out, especially for large families. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, dishes, supplies, etc. If cooking for large groups, you may wanna bring a few extra large pots. They provided tons of towels and toiletries in the showers and laundry supplies. The back-yard was an amazing adventure for kids and the toys, books, puzzles, games, etc. were a huge hit for our family! Two families stayed (1 on each floor)! Outside had zero landscaping designs which were beautiful. The inside had cool and worldwide art pieces and simple yet perfect, furnishings.The location was also great with a walkable taco bar and a grocery store nearby and the freeway, around the corner. We would definitely stay there again!

I booked this home for May 7–9 while attending a graduation, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.There were huge amounts of trash left at the curb upon arrival, and when leaving the residence the same trash was still there. We were even instructed to add our trash to the pile. Walking up the stairs, there was a hole in the platform where my foot became stuck and I almost fell. Once on the porch, it felt unstable, as if parts of it could cave in at any moment. This property is truly an accident waiting to happen.Inside the home, we were greeted by water bugs crawling around. The online photos are very misleading and do not accurately reflect the condition of the property. There was lint all over the furniture, the refrigerator was dirty and had a terrible odor, and the back door handle was barely attached and appeared ready to fall off. Additionally, the paint was chipping from the walls and ceilings, making it obvious the home is not being properly maintained or cleaned.This was my first experience booking a home rental like this, and it will likely be my last. I contacted the property owner regarding these issues, and instead of addressing the concerns professionally, he attempted to offer me a 15% discount on both this stay and a future booking in exchange for not posting a negative review or contacting VRBO. He was argumentative and showed no sympathy or concern for the unsafe and unsanitary conditions my family and
