Great hotel, friendly staff and perfect location.
The hotel was beautiful upon arrival and although check in was very busy the staff were attentive and polite.
We had booked a dog friendly room and they had put in a dog bed, food and water bowls and some treats for my dog which was a lovely touch.
Room service was great and the food and cocktails were amazing and reasonably priced.
All in all I can’t fault our stay at all and would highly recommend this hotel, especially as a dog friendly...

My wife and I stayed overnight last weekend, a re-visit after our first time last year. We were impressed last time, and again this time, even though our expectations were high from previously. Last year we went after my wife broke her leg, and the pool provided the first time she was able to walk unaided, which made for excellent therapy. We decided to go again since it exceeded our expectations last time, and it very much lived up to our expectations again the second time. It is rated three...

Lovely stay at the Crewe Hall hotel. I couldn't fault it one bit, all the staff were very helpful and the room decor was very of a high standard with the older style rooms with the vintage country feel.

Super convenient as part of the airport/train station complex, able to wheel the airport trolley (costs £1) from collecting our bags from our flight to actually inside the hotel room (as advised by reception staff as a possibility) & then the following morning to the side of the train.

Stayed here for a night recently and it was absolutely brilliant! The location is fantastic — really handy for Manchester Airport and easy to get around. The breakfast was amazing — plenty of choice, freshly cooked, and set me up perfectly for the day ahead. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and I couldn't have asked for better. stayed over whilst on a night out around Frodsham. Only thing I could mark them down for was price of bar food, Burger/chips and a pint of fresh orange and lemonade was £22, which is steep.
