which was nice but noticed the ice room needs some TLC (Mosiac tiles everywhere) and the seating in one sauna was broke. Food was high quality and tasty. Pillows were so comfy and the room had high end ELEMIS Toiletries. Overall a great stay. "

"The venue is in a beautiful historic building. The facilities are great including a pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The rooms had massive comfy beds and were cleaned daily with plenty of towels and extra tea, coffee and biscuits. My only quibble is that the rooms didn’t have internet tvs. "

. Food at barneys brasserie was good. Service was poor and staff attitude was awful. We were made to feel really uncomfortable. Room was basic and a little dated. The was a large stain on the mattress protector. We were provided with the wrong room on arrival. Air con was very loud. We couldn’t open the window as there was a loud fan/bleeping noise. Room was very stuffy. We did not sleep well.
