Enjoyed our stay. Comfy, quirky rooms, really nice vibe to the whole place. Good location - 15 minute walk from the Alster and Rathaus, and right by the Überseequartier underground station. Didn't eat in the restaurant, but the atmosphere was good. Only annoyances were lack of coffee facilities in room and expensive per-person rates for breakfast. There's apparently a 'grab and go' option during the week - why not at the weekend too? Anyway - that's easily swerved by heading round the corner to the excellent Lieblingsplatz bakery / coffee shop (highly recommended).
We spent 2 nights here and found it excellent. The staff were super helpful and friendly, rooms modern, clean and decent size and the location is only 2 minutes to the u-bahn or a 10 minute walk to the Rathaus. We also came with our 3-year old who always felt welcome

I originally was booked in an Executive Double Room. I was offered an upgrade to an Executive Suite for a reasonable cost and accepted this room. It was very nice and spacious and very comfortable. I was impressed with the Buffet Breakfast which has a great selection of food for all tastes. Large variety or meats, cheeses, fruits along with cereals as well a a good selection or hot choices eggs, bacon, sausages. I also used the Bar, Restaurant and Room Service they were all exceptional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Wish I could have stayed another week.
Unstable and very slow Internet connection with no response capability from anyone in the staff. So if you need to download any emails for work in the evenings, stay away from this hotel since it won't work, if on holiday and you can download from a Starbucks during the day, good option overall.
Excellent location in Hamburg . Just a few minutes walk to the town hall , shops ,lake ,botanic gardens and dammtor station . Very stylish hotel inside - comfortable room , beds and modern bathroom . Breakfast was extremely good too . Hotel is a bit ugly to look at - grey tower block but everything else makes up for that .
"Really nice hotel close to the best shopping areas"
The hotel is in a quiet side street only 100 yards from the nearest tube station
Staff were really friendly & efficient
Room was really nice a lot larger than most hotels the room was also very clean & had a excellent shower . Hotel bar was good but a bit expensive . We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked really nice & was pretty busy . The only negative was the Spa the pool & jacuzzi were both cold & we were really disappointed with that as we had booked the hotel because it was central & had a spa .We rarely used the spa mainly due to the cold jacuzzi .Overall hotel was really nice & Hamburg was amazing lovely parks great shopping & amazing bars all within 2 mins of the hotel
Overall, a very nice experience:
Nice room with both modern as well as comforting atmosphere.
Option to enjoy the breakfast buffet outside at tables overlooking the canal.
Pleasant bar with good cocktails.
Arriving at Adina although it was surrounded by tall buildings it was a nice area.Reception staff excellent and very helpful, room was very clean to a highstandard and all facilities ie bedding towels etc were all there and a minibar. It was a really enjoyable stay no pressure and it had a balcony to sit out on small but enough. My only gripe was tv only showed 1 bbc and being the bbc it kept repeating same thing everyhour, but most enjoyable stay.
