The place was so accessible for someone in a wheelchair, my mum felt safe and staff ever willing to help . They were so pleasant and helpful at everystage. I intend to go back in early June and without hesitation will be right back at the Westin again . I left when the Hafen City was being planned. Oliver the concierge is a true gem. The hotel is very clean and well located (not talking about the whole controversy about the Elbe-Philarmonie). Friendly and very professional staff all around.
