The Westin Hamburg might be the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The rooms were outstanding with modern fixtures and very comfortable beds. The Westin is located the same building as Hamburg’s amazing Elbephilharmonie concert hall. A recommendation for guests: make a reservation in the bar on concert nights. The concierge went out of their way to accompany me to the concert hall to get tickets for mum in a wheelchair . The place was so accessible for someone in a wheelchair, my mum felt safe and staff ever willing to help . They were so pleasant and helpful at everystage. I intend to go back in early June and without hesitation will be right back at the Westin again .
