This is an Amazing Hotel! Located straight in the middle of Hamburg, the suite was amazing with river view on -1 floor. It was just about 2 meters above the water level, which was amazing. The staff was very helpful, needed help with street parking they walked outside with us to explain how to download the phone app. Highly Recommend this hotel.

One of the most lovely and comfortable places I’ve stayed. Staff was most helpful with bag check and printing our departure train tickets. Also enjoyed the comfortable library space in the hotel. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a historic property that has been updated. The rooms are nice, large enough for several days, including a decent-sized bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The entrance to the room was a trip: there is a "historical door," and behind that, a modern door—kind of a cool touch. It's within walking distance of some of Hamburg's attractions, and the taxi ride to areas like the Reeperbahn and the harbour wasn't terrible. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. Overall, it was a nice hotel, a little high-priced for the amenities, but overall a solid choice.

We had an excellent stay with exceptional customer service, and the room and hotel are top-notch! The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet; it definitely wasn't worth the money, and the options were very limited but the room service was fantastic and the chicken club sandwich was the best I've ever had! We will be back!
