  • Welcome to High Country, a spacious, modern-rustic lodge designed for comfort and connection, nestled on over 20 private acres at the end of a long gravel drive. The heart of the home is the vaulted, wood-paneled living room, which flows seamlessly into the dining area and a full-sized, fully furnished kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your group to gather.

    After a day of exploring, unwind on the fully screened-in back patio. This incredible outdoor living space features a cozy fire-pit table, an outdoor TV, a charcoal BBQ grill, and games—perfect for creating lasting memories. Year-round climate control ensures your comfort no matter the season.

    Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly by approval only. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted with payment of a $100 pet fee per stay. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and properly supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless securely crated. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are fully responsible for any damages, additional cleaning, pest treatment, or violations resulting from pets.

This property is amazing. Clean, spacious, huge kitchen that has everything you need to cook. Has great views. The outside patio is the perfect place to hang out and relax. Plenty of room for our group. Would definitely come back. 100% would recommend this place others.

The stay was not as expected. A lot of rodent noise in the evenings. We had pets and kids and to have rodent boxes in bathrooms/bedrooms/ etc… was not good for them. The host was very kind and pleasant to work with but unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because of the rodent issue

Great Location & Experience

Our group had an amazing experience staying at High County for this year's youth retreat. The property was a perfect fit for our needs, providing plenty of space for our students and leaders while creating a great environment for fellowship, worship, and fun. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially appreciated how accurately the property details reflected what we found upon arrival, which made planning for our retreat much easier. Allison was outstanding throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful from booking through checkout. She was always quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to ensure our group had a great experience. We would absolutely stay at High County again and would gladly book another property through SIVR in the future. Highly recommended!
