  • Nice 4 bedroom 3 bath home on second row with nice view of Ocean. House has two living areas - one upstairs and one down . Short walk to beach via beach walkover. Seven blocks from downtown Folly Beach, and less than 10 miles from downtown Charleston.

    House has 6 televisions with Cable, WiFi, and two king bed master bedrooms with bath/shower in addition to a separate hall bath. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Please note jets in Jacuzi do not work

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hope to stay again! Jimmy was very responsive and helpful. We felt immediately at home and loved the easy access to the beautiful beach along with the pet-friendly, fenced in yard.

We appreciated having the secure fenced yard for our dog, the convenient walk to the beach, and the comfy beds and living area. Jimmy let us know he was only a phone call away if any problems arose

This was our sixth stay here, and we always enjoy every visit. The layout is perfect for family, guests and pets. The front porch is comfortable and inviting, day and night. Jimmy is always responsive to any questions or requests.

We love this house. We stay here every year! You can sit on the big front porch and hear the ocean. It is peaceful here! The owner is very nice and we have everything we need for a relaxing vacation.

Great Porch & location

Great location, front porch was perfect for relaxing and listening to the ocean. Very dog friendly, our dogs had a great time and spent most of their time on the porch watching the world go by.

Perfect place!

This house was exactly what we wanted for our family trip! The kids loved having a separate sitting area downstairs to play in and the location was right across the street from the beach. I would totally recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Girlfriends Getaway

The house was a perfect place for 5 retired girlfriends to relax and unwind. We loved the place and the location was perfect. The area was quiet, but close to town and the beach was just steps away. The size of the house was just perfect, too.
