"What a wonderful stay. I came up with family for my birthday and had such a warm welcome together with an upgrade to a gorgeous junior suite. In addition they had gone to the trouble of leaving balloons and a lovely slice of birthday cake in my room ready for my arrival. It was such a nice gesture and very very appreciated. We have stayed in this hotel before and were met with such a warm welcome from the reception staff that it was our first choice of hotel for this return trip. Location btw is fantastic. "

"My wife and I stayed in room 103 for just under a week. I would describe the room as compact. But it was very clean and tidy, with regular cleaning and towel changing available. Our only complaint was a lack of coathangers, but this was quickly resolved. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and pleasant. A special thank you to the reception staff who printed off vouchers and ordered taxis for us. The hotel is in Fitzrovia,and has many bars and restaurants within a short distance from the hotel, in particular the Ragam. We were a short walk away from Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road tube stations, and Titchfield Street offered a selection of cafes, including Honest Burger, which was was competitively priced for the area. We didn't use any of the facilities at the hotel, but the lounge and bar area always seemed popular. Overall, a great location for a tourist style break, only a £10 cab fare from Euston. We would certainly stay here again. "

"Chilled location. Served its job, a night in London from the West Mids. Wonderful staff at both check-in and check out. Bathroom tiny, shower okay, heating didn't seem to work so I'm glad it wasn't too cold. "

"Couldn't have been happier with this stay. Everything from the staff to the property were top notch. The Coral Room was the perfect place to grab a coffee or a drink after a day of being out. Room was spacious, bathroom was very nice, and the staff were beyond lovely. Hotel was in a great location central to everything. "

"Bad management dirty old hotel with housekeeping endless noise. Management advise to book hotel directly to avoid noisy rooms. !!! Not 5 star hotel. More like 2.5 star …. Definitely few starts broken. 😡 "
