It is a ground-floor apartment with access from the living room to the terrace/garden and the horizon, facing the sunset. It has one bedroom with a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped compact kitchen, and a living room with a 1.40 x 2.00 m sofa bed.
It features digital TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet access, laundry service upon request, a pool, a sun deck, a small arboretum, and a well-established garden with lush vegetation that is shared with another apartment.
We also have a studio for painting, photography, and digital creativity with Internet-connected spaces, which is usually used by the owner but could be shared occasionally. Some of our guests have stayed for extended periods to work on creative projects or studies that required peace and quiet, concentration, and inspiration… For stays longer than one month, prices and services are negotiable. It’s a unique, inspiring, and stimulating space in a peaceful and welcoming setting, located just a short walk from the town of Gines. Thanks to its location, it’s an excellent choice both for cultural tourism in Seville and the surrounding area, as well as for nature tourism (Doñana National Park), the beaches of Huelva, and more.

The property is located on the outskirts of Gines, heading towards Espartinas. There is an equestrian centre/riding school, a petrol station, a tapas bar, and a bar with a terrace just a 5-minute walk away. There is also a shopping centre, a pharmacy, and supermarkets 5 minutes away by car or a 15-minute walk.
Places to visit include: Doñana, the Dolmens of Valencina, the ruins of the Roman city of Italica, the Monastery of Loreto, olive-growing estates, wineries, golf courses, and horseback riding.

Accessible by public transport, with frequent buses connecting to city centre Seville and other towns in the region.
There is a bus stop right outside the property for trips to Seville
