We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. Nice and easy check in, we reserved a space in the car park which was 100 metres away, even after check out we could leave it there until 1:00pm which enabled us to take a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, on return from an event we used the restaurant not arriving until 10:00pm and although it shuts at 10:00pm they were happy to seat us, it’s an Indian restaurant and the food and service was excellent.
