"Nice, clean, and close to Grand Central. Loud: need to bring your own earplugs for nighttime if you wake up easily. Cleaning woman was great & very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Don’t book two double beds for 2 parents, 2 kids: too small. Do not try to use the $17.50 per day food credits; credits do not accumulate; restaurant okay but definitely not worth the expense; lots of other options nearby."

"The first night was difficult, but after speaking to a staff member Mr.soner a very nice Turkish man that works here he took care of my issues and also upgraded our room. He also provided us with breakfast for the next day, which is not included when you book the hotel room. This made us extend our vacation an extra night. So I definitely recommend this hotel and when you’re here, definitely speak to him. He’s the man ! Best staff worker in the hotel ! Thank you Mr.Soner !"

"We arrived earlier than check in and the woman working the front desk early morning was super helpful to our trip. Originally read a review concerning the 12th floor lobby area but me and wife actually enjoyed being there awaiting our departure time."
