Great holiday, hotel good , room not large not to small, if u dont want the coffee maker in the room they will change for a kettle, bed comfterble, they close the outside courtyard where there is a bar & u can smoke if u want for private functions & we were sitting have a drink after a long walk ...
It was the best hotel experience I've ever had, from location, staff, room, facilities, food to service I couldn't fault them. It also smelt divine, they use their own fragrance/candles - a must buy. You have to stay here, you won't regret it.
The tile work in the bathroom was superb. The hotel staff were very, very helpful in finding a place to eat dinner. The location was near a lot of fun action. My only disappointment was that my room was so tiny. I felt that I was already in Paris with the size of the room.
Had a wonderful stay & was upgraded to a large room. Great service checking in & holding my bags while I got lunch while my room was getting readied. Great location to explore and easy to get to other parts of NYC. Would definitely stay here again.
The 1st room we were allocated was far too small and shabby however as soon as we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff were very quick to provide a complimentary upgrade to a lovely room.
