Went to NY for long weekend with frI ends- had a great time and the Fitz was great- walked back from plays and walked through Central Park in the snow- beautiful!
Quick in and out, big comfortable clean room! Bed was exceptionally comfy! A rarity in NYC. Only concern was tub drainage was concerning and room service was slow. Staff likely needs more incentive to work efficiently or more numbers.

The bathroom window was not at all airtight so it was cold in there all the time. There are no USB ports to charge phones, and there is nowhere ...
The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions. Our room was spacious, with great views. The staff was eager to make our stay memorable. Couldn’t have ask for a better visit.
