The customer service at this hotel was extraordinary! My husband and I enjoyed nearly all the amenities--the bar, room service, spa, salon, and pool--and every single experience was a "worser." The staff made us feel that they were happy to host us and grateful for our stay, The location is ideal for visiting Central Park, the museums and walking to Broadway shows. The rooms are spacious, with luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and complimentary Evian water. The Peninsula is absolutely superb!!! We will definitely return.

We loved our stay at The Peninsula. One of the hardest things for any hotel and/or restaurant is to curate the people that attend it. It is a very high-end chic vibe. Also, the spa is world-class, which is very convenient. The rooftop bar is also a great feature. We would stay at The Peninsula again.

We just returned from a two day stay with my daughter and 5 year old granddaughter. For an extra fee, the hotel set up Camp Peninsula. It was adorable. A teepee, chocolate covered graham crackers and brûléed marshmallows, a bear with her name embroidered on it. There was a scavenger hunt with NY icons in the room. It made our visit so special. Thank you Hotel Peninsula! The spa and pool are delightful and the staff so nice. Location is great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and the staff are very nice and kind. One thing I would change is the variety of food in the Penn top bar. Really bad. I think there is a lot of opportunity to change and improve the menu.
