"Staff were organized despite the temporary system outage. They offered us their signature cookies when we checked in which is always a win in my book :) The man responsible for parking cars was always accommodating when we needed our car during the trip and he gave us plenty of water bottles before we left. The room was small- as expected in a large city like NY, but very cozy. My only critique is that the shower made a loud vibrating sound every so often when I turned the heat up. Otherwise, the shower worked well. "

"There is no fridge, no microwave. The rooms were small as described but the room could use maintenance and cleaning. The thermostat did not work at all. I would lower it cause it felt humid and the temp would never drop I had to open the window. The towel heat warmer did not work. The safe never opened either. The good thing is it was located in a convenient location close to time square and lots of food and store options. "
