This property was very clean, all staff were polite and attentive. The room was large by new York standards and very high standard. Lots of little extras that made the stay feel very special.

Very friendly staff. Janet was very helpful assisting us with reservations for a high end steak house “Benjamin’s”. Overall great experience and centrally located hotel. The rooms were quiet at night which is needed to experience NY well rested.
