I like that this property is a decently priced, centrally located and fairly modern designed spot. Fridge in the room, wi-fi, standing desk, cable TV, comfy king beds, lots of natural and room light. It also has $35 daily valet parking across the street, which is my favorite part. My only qualm with this hotel is that it seems its a party hotel for people who live in the area. In my recent stay, guests next door were smoking and it was coming through the vents and doors. I asked the staff if I could move rooms, and they found me a new room and I moved. But it does seem groups of people rent rooms out at this hotel and the Holiday Inn hotel across the street for a night or two and they smoke, drink, party, etc. You can tell by who's on the elevator, hanging in the lobby and the smoke smell. This activity happened the last stay and this most recent stay. I figure the locals are aware that this is the cheap hotel spot to do this at. I may stay here next time I want a place in downtown Brooklyn, but I will now keep my eyes open for another place and see what that experience offers as well.
