Our family stayed 3 nights in a Queen suite. PRO:The bellmen and the housekeeping staff were wonderful - friendly, positive, and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was extremely and unusually comfortable, claims our kid. CON: The front desk clerk said their 3:00pm check-in ...
This hotel is everything you need for a nice stay in NYC - clean, well located, spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows. Some of the staff at the front desk need to smile more and be more friendly.
We had never been to NYC, so picking hotel was challenging. Lots of people suggested staying near Time Square. I am so happy I decided to stay here. The location could not be any better! next door to Grand Central Station made getting around the city easy and having the Chrysler building next door ...
Great hotel and staff. Great location, very helpful staff and great comfortable, clean room. The bed was very comfortable. We liked everything about this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is central to everything and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are a little shabby but great on the whole.
-Quick check in - Small room but with just 2 people, no need for a big room when you are exploring the city. -Only thing that turned me off was the tub. Just didn't seem super clean. It may have just been stains. We still showered in it and everything else was fine. - Air conditioning worked well ...
There is no other place in the city that compares to GPH. Space is incredibly beautiful. The entire staff were so welcoming and friendly. Best surprise was our room. Didn't want to leave.
Allocated room was not up to our expectations; too small for 4 people. However, after speaking to Reception we were upgraded to a more appropriately-sized room.
Great location, Central Park view from 17th. floor room is awesome! Air conditioning is old, I was there in May 2017, the temperature outside was 90 F degrees, I set up the thermostat to 73F but room temperature couldn't get below 75F.
