Hotel is cozy and clean! Needs renovation but rooms are clean and beds and pillows are comfy. A little pricy but again so is everything in NYC. I like the location which is close to restaurants, shops, the metro and the central park.
This hotel is a nice simple hotel. my room was nothing fancy and just right for bed and a clean. Location for me was perfect. It is just of the main busy areas of NY. Quiet are for a city. Lovely breakfast place outside it's door. Friendly staff.
Great location right in Times Square. Small rooms but are very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered.
