Excellent location half block from start of Times Square, Starbucks almost across the street, grocery a few shops up, and surrounded by Irish pubs.
Pro: Clean, great WiFi, good sized room for NYC Con: The food/drink-for-a-price took up too much space in the fridge, construction noise from across the street near midnight

Very friendly staff. Welcomed and remembered me from the last visit. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in FiDi!
Stayed for A week. Ideally located for access all areas. Desk open 24 hours, very accommodating staff, rooms very clean only down side was no natural light into the room, as we used it as a base for being out and about it was perfect and would recommend a stay here.
This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are really small but you have everything you need while away from home. They had a small market and a cool event happening in the garden area. There are also games and books for people to read in the lobby area.
