Rooms were clean and serviced well. Self serve cafe was great. Loved the cold water available in the lobby. Good location.
Amazing group kitchen, looks like the facility for a 5-star restaurant. Lots of guided tours. (I'm not sure, but they're probably not free.) On one of the floors, by the elevator, a TV screen showing early, early movies of NYC in the very early 20th century.
lobby/ food court and gym were excellent; staff great. location near subways
The hotel is in great location. The stuff is very friendly.
Great location. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Would definitely book thete again.
No complaints - beautiful building, close to Times Square. Would book again
The check in and check out was an extremely long line even for the Hilton Rewards customers. There were only three people total behind the desk, which wasn’t enough.
Hotel rooms are clean, terrible view, you are looking into an atrium and you only see other room windows so your blinds are kept closed all the time for privacy. No natural light in the room. Elevators are a HUGH issue, either not working or they take forever to. Walked down the stairs more often ...
I liked.the location. It was clean and there were plenty of lifts. I didnt find the staff very friendly.
